2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • Domestic Shipping:​ I primarily ship within the United States using reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • International Shipping:​ International shipping is currently not available. I can only ship to addresses within the United States.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Once your order is shipped, the transit time begins. The following are estimated delivery timeframes (excluding processing time):

  • Standard Shipping (Continental US):​ 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping:​ Available at an additional cost, with delivery typically in 2-3 business days. Exact options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and the destination’s shipping zone. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Free Shipping:​ I may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Any such promotion will be clearly advertised on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package’s progress.

6. Risk of Loss & Title

All items purchased from vergecore.bestare delivered to the shipping carrier. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item:​ Please contact me at support@vergecore.bestwithin 7 days of receipt. I will cover the return shipping costs and, upon confirmation, send a replacement at my expense.

  • For customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., change of mind):​ You are responsible for the return shipping costs, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. The initial outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Undeliverable Packages:​ If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
